Using this website
You may use this site to find out about live-in care and to contact us. When you do, you agree to:
- give us true and complete details in our forms
- be 18 or over when you send an enquiry
- only give us details about another person, such as a parent, if you are acting on their behalf or have their agreement
- not use the site unlawfully, send spam or harmful code, try to break into it, or copy it with automated tools
We may block access if someone breaks these rules.
Information on this site
Everything on this site is general information about live-in care. It is not medical, legal or financial advice, and it is not a care assessment for you or anyone else. We take care to keep it accurate and up to date, but we cannot promise it is complete, and it can change without notice.
This site is not for emergencies. If someone needs urgent medical help, call 999. For advice that is not an emergency, call NHS 111.
Enquiries, costs and care agreements
Sending an enquiry does not create a contract for care, and it does not commit you or us to anything. This is how it works:

| 1. You send an enquiry | You fill in the care enquiry form or the Contact form. No contract is made. |
| 2. We call you back | We phone you at the time you chose to talk about the support needed. |
| 3. Assessment and written quote | We find out what care is needed, then give you a written quote. |
| 4. Care agreement | Care starts only once you have signed a care agreement with us. That agreement sets out the fees, notice, cancellation and other terms of the care itself. |
Costs and examples on this site are guides. Your actual fee is the one in your written quote and care agreement, and only that is binding on us. If anything on this site differs from your care agreement, the care agreement applies.
Our content
The text, images, logo and design on this site belong to Glowing Care Ltd or the people who license them to us. You may view the site and print or share a page for your own personal use, for example to talk it over with family. You may not copy, sell or reuse our content for any other purpose without our written permission.
Links to other websites
This site may link to other websites, such as Google Maps or review sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for what they say or do. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.
Keeping the site running
We do our best to keep the site available, but we cannot promise it will always work without interruption or errors. If a form does not work, please call us on 07359 208406 or email info@glowingcare.co.uk instead.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit. It does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.
Beyond that, we are not responsible for loss you suffer because you relied on the general information on this site, or because the site was unavailable or a form did not send. Any care we provide is covered by your care agreement, not by these website terms.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales can settle any dispute about them. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in the courts where you live.
